My approach to therapy is holistic, integrating mind, body, and spirit to support healing, balance, and personal growth. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families through trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate relational challenges, restore harmony, and build the tools to move forward with confidence.
